I had the privilege of welcoming my third baby with the guidance and blessing of Esther Allouche. Her positive approach to birth, combined with her experience, wisdom, and spiritual connection, gave me the strength and confidence I needed throughout the process. When anxiety arose, Esther was there every step of the way, offering meditation, visualization, and reassurance to trust the natural process.
I have two specific examples that stand out. At 38 1/2 weeks, I was breech and considered an ECV procedure. Esther's confidence and guidance gave me the courage to proceed, and thankfully, it was successful. Later, at 40 weeks, she advised against membrane sweeping, trusting my body to go into labor naturally – and she was absolutely right! I went on to have a beautiful, unmedicated natural birth with Esther by my side.
After the baby was born, Esther's expertise and support helped me transition smoothly into breastfeeding. I'm deeply grateful for her energy, wisdom, and presence throughout this journey. Working with Esther was a truly transformative experience, and I feel blessed to have had her support.
